Another video brought to you from the UK FIlm Centre at the Cannes Film Festival 2013. This session focuses on what producers might need to know with regards to Filming in the UK.
The UK’s continued ability to produce visionary filmmakers, skilled technicans, world-class facilities and a film friend environment is supported by a progressive state-funded policy for film backed by a competitive tax regime for film that has now been expanded to high-end television and animation production and soon to be extended to games. The UK government has also just launched a consultation on how it can further support the UK Visual effects industry too.
